Sending Your Sample
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a secure, discreet collection kit with everything you need—along with clear instructions on how to provide a small sample of hair or ashes. If it’s easier, we’re happy to come and collect the sample from you. We’ll let you know the moment it arrives safely in our care.
