How is an EverAmour Diamond made?
Each EverAmour Diamond is created from a small sample of hair or ashes using the CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition) method. This advanced, gentle process grows a genuine lab diamond layer by layer, resulting in a stone that is identical in brilliance and structure to a mined diamond.
What kind of sample do you need?
We can work with either hair or ashes, and in some cases, other meaningful keepsakes—such as a piece of clothing, pet fur, or a beloved collar. You’ll receive a secure collection kit with full instructions once you place your order. If you're unsure, we're always happy to advise.
How much hair or ashes is required?
- Hair: Around 3 grams (a small lock) for a 1-carat diamond
- Ashes: Around 180 grams for a 1-carat diamond
If you have slightly less, we’ll do our best to work with what you have.
Can I combine samples from more than one person or pet?
Yes, you can. Many families choose to combine materials from multiple loved ones into a single diamond.
How long does the process take?
From the time we receive your sample, the full process typically takes 3 months. Custom orders or larger stones may take a little longer.
Is my sample treated with care?
Yes—always. We know how precious your sample is, and we treat it with deep care, dignity, and respect throughout the entire process. From the moment it reaches us to the day your diamond is complete, it’s in gentle, trusted hands.
Do I need to speak to someone before ordering?
No, you can place your order directly through our website. However, if you'd prefer to speak with us first, we’re always here.
What’s included in the price?
The price includes your diamond creation, jewellery setting, collection kit, certification, and beautiful packaging.
Can you collect the sample from me?
Yes. If preferred, we can come to you to collect the sample. Just let us know after you order.
Are EverAmour Diamonds real?
Yes. Our CVD-grown diamonds are real diamonds, identical to natural ones in composition and appearance. They can be independently certified and valued.
